Zone 2 – Regional Drive-In 
(Areas: Québec City, Sherbrooke, Ottawa–Gatineau, Trois-Rivières, Kingston) – $350

Zone 3 – Regional Fly-In 
(Areas: Toronto, Halifax, Winnipeg, Moncton, Thunder Bay) – $1,100

Zone 4 – National Fly-In 
(Areas: Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Whitehorse, St. John’s, Yellowknife) – $1,600

Zone 5 – International / Custom Quote
(Outside Canada or airfare over $1,000) – Quoted at cost

What’s Included

 Flights, two hotel nights, meals, and taxis for the consultant.


One unit = logistics for one consultant for one on-site training day. Book multiple units for multi-day engagements. If more consultants are needed, we will discuss it with you in advance.

  • Pricing covers travel, lodging, meals, mileage, and ground transport for one consultant per on-site day.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice if airline surcharges, fuel costs, or hotel prices rise sharply.

  • Severe weather, strikes, or force-majeure events may require rescheduling or an updated quote.
